Refund & Cancellation

All sales are final. Unless required by law, Beat Velocity Studio purchases, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, one-time licenses, upgrades, add-ons, and renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not refund past charges or the current paid billing period. If a refund is required by law or granted as an exception, the related license or account access may be cancelled, deactivated, downgraded, or limited.
