How to request deletion of the data collected by the Beat Velocity Console Android app.
How to request deletion
Email support@beatvelocity.com from the email address associated with your paired Beat Velocity Studio desktop license, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the device name shown in the app's companion-app pairing settings if you have it, so we can locate the right records. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Beat Velocity Console does not create its own user account — it pairs with your Beat Velocity Studio desktop license over your local network. A deletion request removes:
- Crash reports submitted by the companion app, including device manufacturer, device model, Android OS version, app version, and exception/stack trace details.
- The paired desktop license identifier, device identifier, and account email stored alongside those crash reports.
You can also turn off crash reporting at any time from the app's Settings, which stops any further data from being collected going forward.
What is retained
Deleting your companion-app crash-report data does not affect your underlying Beat Velocity Studio desktop license, purchase records, or account — those are covered separately by the main Privacy Policy and are retained as required for billing, support, and legal compliance. If you want your desktop account and license data deleted as well, say so in your request and we'll handle both together.
